04 - Lemon slices, for garnish
05 - Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
06 - Ice cubes
→ Strawberry Syrup
07 - 1 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped
08 - 1/2 cup water
09 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
→ Blueberry Syrup
10 - 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
11 - 1/2 cup water
12 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
→ Mint Syrup
13 - 1 cup water
14 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
15 - 1 cup fresh mint leaves
→ Peach Syrup
16 - 1 cup peaches, peeled and chopped (fresh or frozen)
17 - 1/2 cup water
18 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
# Steps:
01 - In a large pitcher, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice with granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add cold water and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate until chilled.
02 - For each syrup (strawberry, blueberry, peach), place the fruit, granulated sugar, and water into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a gentle simmer for 10 minutes. Mash fruit gently with a spoon to release juices. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean jar, discarding fruit solids. Allow the syrup to cool before serving.
03 - In a small saucepan, combine water and granulated sugar. Heat to a simmer, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and add fresh mint leaves. Steep for 15 minutes, then strain into a jar and cool completely.
04 - Fill a beverage dispenser or large pitcher with lemonade. Place each syrup in clearly labeled jars or bottles. Set out lemon slices, mint sprigs, ice cubes, and glasses. Organize for easy self-service.
05 - Pour chilled lemonade into a glass over ice. Add 1–2 tablespoons of desired syrup to customize flavor. Garnish with lemon slice or mint sprig as preferred.
